The Core Challenge

Key Learnings

This project reinforced the importance of deep user research, especially for niche audiences. Incorporating cultural cues, such as the localized tagline छिटो छ, सजिलो छ (It's fast, it's easy), proved to be a powerful tool for building trust. Close collaboration with the development team from the component-building stage was crucial for a smooth and accurate handoff.
